Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist with mobility, transfer, and ambulation needs

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff

• Assist with feeding and hydration needs, including administering medications as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including room cleanliness and waste management

• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
