No overnight travel, no being away from home — just meaningful work and room to grow. What You’ll Do Diagnostics & Repairs Engage with customers to identify areas of concern. Diagnose leaks and damage on roofing, siding, soffit/fascia, insulation and gutters. Document with photos, prepare estimates, and review repairs with homeowners. Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and with pride. Communicate clearly with customers about scheduling and progress. Deliver high-quality work and provide follow‑up for peace of mind. Represent First American with professionalism on every jobsite. Participate in training and development to sharpen your skills. General carpentry skills required. Roofing, siding and/or insulation installation experience preferred. Trailer hauling experience is a plus. Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
