Packaging Operator Assistant

Position Overview As a Production Operator at our facility, you will work as part of a crew assisting the manufacturing process for insulation. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Packaging the insulation Troubleshooting of machinery Verifying the quality of product General housekeeping and safety practices Repurposing the insulation Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required MUST HAVE 3+ years experience in Manufacturing, Machine Operating, or Packaging Must be able to secure and maintain a forklift driver's license Ability to work 12‑hour shifts Must be able to pass WorkKeys assessment Skills and Abilities Must work well in a team environment Must have the ability to multi‑task Must possess strong organizational skills Must have a strong safety mindset Shift Schedule (Rotating Shift) 7 am-7 pm (3 days on) 3 days off 7 pm-7 am (3 nights on) 3 days off Pay Rate Day shift: $30.60 per hour Night shift: $31.85 per hour Holiday pay $2,000 Sign‑On Bonus Quarterly Bonuses Benefits Dental insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Sick time 401(k) with company contributions 401(k) matching Health insurance Multiple health insurance, dental and vision options Employee Assistance Services Stock Purchase Program Holiday pay Job Details Job Type: Full‑time Pay: From $30.60 per hour Expected hours: 36 per week Education High school or equivalent (Required) Experience Manufacturing: 2–3 years (Required) Additional Information This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) incumbent in this position.
