Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health to identify their needs and appropriate interventions.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methods and best practices tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Provide therapeutic interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other effective modalities.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in social work.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with the latest research, trends, and therapeutic techniques in the field of social work.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
