Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Food Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations at our food production facility. This individual will oversee production teams, ensure food safety and quality standards are met, optimize production efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in food manufacturing, leadership experience, and a passion for creating a safe, productive, and high-performing workplace.

Job Details

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a food manufacturing or food processing environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations including HACCP, GMP, SQF, FDA, and USDA requirements.
• Experience managing production schedules, labor planning, and inventory.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
