IT Support Specialist

An established real estate development and property management company is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their internal technology team. In this role, you will provide hands‑on technical support to employees across corporate offices and property management sites, ensuring that systems, devices, and applications remain reliable and secure for daily operations. As the primary point of contact for internal technical issues, you will troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and user access problems while delivering excellent customer service to employees at all levels of the organization. You will play a key role in maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure and supporting the technology that powers property management systems, leasing platforms, and business operations. This role involves a mix of end‑user support, workstation management, system administration assistance, and coordination with third‑party vendors. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically curious, and comfortable supporting both office staff and field‑based employees in a fast‑paced real estate environment. You will work closely with IT leadership, property management teams, accounting, and operations staff to ensure technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently while contributing to ongoing technology improvements across the organization. This role will be on-site in Marlton, NJ.
