Pay: $2167 - $2610 | Shift: 5x8 Nights

As a Registered Nurse in our psychiatric unit, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients experiencing psychiatric distress and co-occurring substance abuse. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to creating a safe and therapeutic environment for healing and recovery.

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients and their families
• Maintain a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in core principles
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team
• Contribute to individual treatment plans with appropriate goals and interventions
• Float to similar or lower acuity units as needed
• Work every other weekend and holiday

Requirements:

• MA RN license required at time of submission
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Previous psychiatric or substance inpatient experience preferred
• CPR certification required
• Strong critical thinking and crisis management skills
• Effective communication and team-building abilities
