About the job SC HANDYMAN & LABORER NEEDED natPROpres is a nationwide industry leader in property preservation. We are growing leaps and bounds and want to partner up with reliable vendors who are committed to providing quality and timely results for honest day’s work. We are looking to start contractors as soon as possible. Must have your own vehicle, tools, computer & smartphone. We are also looking for construction subcontractors. We need dedicated property preservation vendors who understand what it takes to build trust and honesty in this industry. We hire every trade and every reliable company, and we pay your requested fees. We are currently looking to add licensed companies to our network to receive work for our foreclosed preservation properties and our rehab property repairs. Specialists, repair and handyman, painters, evictions support, drywalletc. Tasks: Lawn Maintenance Boarding Lock Changes & Lock Boxes Minor Repairs Major Repairs Eviction Services Roof Repair Replacement & Tarps Winterizations Prepare Bids & Reports Inspections Rehab (GC work if you have license) Additional items as assigned Licensed contractors required: Licensed Roofers Licensed Home Inspectors Licensed Plumbers Licensed Electricians Licensed Termite/Pest Control Licensed Land Surveyors Licensed HVAC Specialists Pool Cover Install/Repair Specialists Mold Remediators Pest Control Septic Specialist General Contractors Inspectors Estimators #J-18808-Ljbffr natPROpres, REO Services
