Your task

As a BI Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to support our telemedicine operations. You will work closely with various departments, providing useful information, optimizing processes, and contributing to the overall development of the company. This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent data visualization skills, and experience with key BI tools and techniques.

Key responsibilities

Data analysis and reporting:

• Analyzing large and complex data sets to generate useful insights.
• Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI, Google Sheets, and other tools.
• Conducting KPI analysis to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Performing cohort analysis and customer profiling to understand patient behaviors and trends.

Data infrastructure and data management:

• Overseeing data warehouse migration projects to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
• Supervising the implementation of data warehouses and ensuring data integrity and security.
• Implementing best practices for data management to maintain high standards of data quality.

API integrations and data management:

• Working on API integrations to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
• Managing and optimizing data storage solutions, including BigQuery and MySQL.

Interdepartmental collaboration:

• Collaborating with different teams, including marketing, operations, and IT, to support their data needs.
• Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
