With less sugar than the leading brands, no artificial colors, sweeteners, or preservatives, and over two million followers on social media, JOYRIDE is rapidly growing and redefining what better-for-you candy tastes, looks, and feels like.
What You Will Do
The Sr. Manager of Quality will play a key role in helping ensure JOYRIDE products consistently meet quality, food safety, and performance expectations across manufacturing and warehouse environments. This role is built around being present: you will travel 50-60% of the time to co-manufacturer facilities across North America and Europe, serving as JOYRIDE's quality voice on the ground. In this role, success means building trust in JOYRIDE's products through strong systems, practical execution, and collaborative leadership.
