In this role, there is a real impact in the comfort of patients’ homes. As part of our compassionate, high‐performing care team, you will provide skilled occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help patients improve functional abilities, independence, and quality of life. You will implement individualized treatment plans, educate patients and families, maintain accurate clinical documentation, collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and follow infection control and safety standards to support optimal patient outcomes. This is a Per Diem (PRN) position with variable time and hours can vary from week to week based on staffing needs, patient volume, call-offs, vacations, or organizational requirements.
