Traveling Ultrasound Tech / Sonographer

Join the team as an Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you will operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions in a hospital setting in Largo, FL.

Minimum Requirements:

• National certification in specialty from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (preferred).
• 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Experience working in a hospital environment.
• Ability to follow facility scrub color policy; radiology scrub color: black.
• Willingness to float to affiliated campus units as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with floating between main and satellite/rehab or psych units.
• Familiarity with ultrasound workflows in a 200+ bed hospital.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 14:30-23:00.
• Evening shift.
• Parking: garage parking available (third and fourth floors for AM & PM shifts).
• May be required to float to a psych/rehab campus treated as a float unit.
