Lead census development. Develop sustained financial success. The Executive Director position is frequently referred to as Assisted Living Administrator, Assisted Living Director, Nursing Home Administrator, Executive Director of Assisted Living, Health Care Administration, and Executive Director Senior Living. Qualifications Hold an Administrator’s License or be able to obtain one. Proven track record in Sales and revenue/expense management. Excellent verbal and communication skills. A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents. Successful experience as an Administrator for an Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care facility. Must pass criminal background check and drug test.
