Management and Program Analyst

Duties

Helps

Ensures that day-to-day passport services functions and long-range goals and objectives involving facilities are addressed timely.

Reviews quantitative data, reports, and documents to assess optimal operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Conducts ongoing regional assessments to identify areas for improvement and advancement for regional and agency/center programs such as for customer service, fraud prevention, and adjudication programs.

Provides advisory assistance to regional agencies and centers in the implementation of operational plans.
