We are always looking for talented people to join our team and grow with us. What You Do Unload incoming shipments and verify quantities and labels against inbound paperwork. Inspect inbound shipments for freight damage and report issues to the appropriate parties. Pick, pack, and load customer orders according to established procedures. Check carton quality on picked orders before loading. Return misplaced or incorrectly pulled items to the proper bin location. Consolidate bin locations as directed. Follow housekeeping responsibilities for the assigned area. How Your Success is Measured Accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments Quality and accuracy of products picked and loaded for customers Inventory accuracy Proper stack height and bin accuracy A clean and orderly work environment that meets safety and housekeeping standards What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent required At least one year of warehouse experience required Experience operating warehouse equipment such as a hand truck, dolly, pallet jack, or order picker required Proficiency with Warehouse Management System and Datascope for inbound and outbound processing Ability to understand and follow instructions Ability to perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, sorting, shipping, and receiving Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while following safety protocols Ability to lift up to 70 pounds at any given time Flexibility to adjust to changing job assignments, assist other departments, and work overtime based on business needs Basic math skills Strong attendance and demonstrated work ethic Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those an employee must meet to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. Additional Job Duties and Responsibilities Assists in additional housekeeping duties for the department including keeping work areas and all bin locations clear as needed to ensure safety. Other duties as assigned. Expected Hours of Work Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Hours depend on business needs, during peak season, overtime is expected including some weekends. #J-18808-Ljbffr
