What You'll Be Doing
Leading a motivated sales team in a premium spa environment
Working closely with estheticians and nurses to maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Coaching your team to exceed daily and monthly sales goals
Ensuring every client leaves with an exceptional experience
