Hotel Houseperson
Positions available in Alexandria, VA and Springfield, VA
We're hiring a dependable Hotel Houseperson to help keep our property running smoothly and looking its best. No experience needed—just a positive attitude and willingness to learn. If you take pride in your work and enjoy being part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Deliver linens, supplies, and amenities to guest rooms and storage areas
- Keep common areas clean and organized, including hallways, lobbies, and meeting spaces
- Respond to guest requests quickly and courteously
- Help set up and break down spaces as needed
- Handle light maintenance and report issues to the right team
- Work alongside housekeeping and maintenance to keep things safe and welcoming
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to pitch in
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-focused setting
- Friendly and professional with guests and coworkers
- Able to lift, carry, and stay on your feet for extended periods
- No experience required—we'll train the right person
