Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor

Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor Premier Healthcare at Harrington House – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Full-Time | Weekends Premier Healthcare at Harrington House is now owned by Stellar Health Group , under new management, and led by a strong regional leadership team! We are seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to provide leadership and hands‑on nursing care while overseeing licensed and support nursing staff on weekends. This role ensures resident care meets the highest standards in a skilled nursing environment in Walpole, MA. Responsibilities: Supervise LPNs, CNAs, Medication Technicians, and Restorative Aides on assigned units Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, IV administration, colostomy care, tube feedings, and suctioning Transcribe and carry out physician orders, administer medications, and monitor residents for changes or adverse reactions Participate in admissions, discharges, and transfers Conduct rounds to ensure resident needs are met, and staff follow policies Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic resident care Participate in QAPI activities, surveys, and end-of-life care as needed Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies and infection control standards Qualifications: Current, unrestricted Massachusetts RN license Nursing degree from an accredited college or university Current CPR certification Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills Ability to supervise staff with tact and professionalism Benefits: Competitive wages Generous shift differential for weekends 6 paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance Long- & short-term disability insurance Accrued paid time off (Full-Time employees) 401(k) Stellar Health Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Premier Healthcare at Harrington House
