Senior Clinical Research Associate - CNS (US, West Coast)

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Senior Clinical Research Associate to manage clinical trial activities at investigative sites across the US West Coast, with focus on CNS studies. The role involves site qualification, monitoring visits, regulatory compliance, and direct collaboration with sites and sponsors to ensure high-quality study execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage clinical research activities at investigative sites in clinical studies
- Conduct all monitoring visit types: pre-site selection, initiation, interim, and closeout visits
- Train site personnel on protocol requirements, data collection, and safety reporting
- Ensure protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and informed consent requirements
- Partner with sites and teams to drive data quality and participant safety
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or nursing degree
- 5+ years experience as regional, traveling Clinical Research Associate
- Required experience monitoring CNS clinical trials
- Full-service monitoring experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements
- Ability to travel 8–10 days monthly within West Coast region
Compensation: $97,000–$193,000 base annually
