About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Perform floor cleaning, buffing, and polishing on a variety of surfaces including tile, carpet, and hardwood.
• Inspect and assess flooring conditions to determine appropriate cleaning methods.
• Utilize specialized equipment and cleaning solutions to achieve optimal results.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Assist with other maintenance tasks as needed to support team efforts.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in floor care or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of various flooring types and appropriate cleaning techniques.
• Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
