Iconic Construction is hiring a full-time Kitchen and Bath Designer in Fenton, MO! We're looking for a creative and strategic visionary who can collaborate with a talented residential remodeling team to create functional, effective, and appealing designs for each client's unique desires and needs. You'll help bring our clients' visions to life and support them in obtaining their dream homes! Quick Overview: Pay: $25.00 - $35.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications) Benefits: Health insurance Dental Vision A company-matched IRA PTO Paid holidays What You'll Tackle As Our Kitchen And Bath Designer: This is a hands‑on design role, meaning you'll be responsible for both creative and technical aspects. Every day will bring something different as you engage with clients, learn about their design preferences, and then work with your driven team to make great things happen! You can expect to: Create comprehensive, construction‑ready designs in Revit and 2020 Design Live Follow customer preferences as you create floor plans, elevations, renderings, and order‑ready documentation Select cabinetry, fixtures, and finishes that fit the client's desires and budget Professionally collaborate with customers on the designs and help them make informed choices Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and clearances Verify measurements and ordering details to prevent costly mistakes Coordinate with project managers, trade professionals, and vendors to support efficiency and customer satisfaction You Bring: Experience with kitchen, bathroom, and/or residential remodeling designs Proficiency in Revit and/or 2020 Design LiveWorking knowledge of detailing and general construction methods Sharp attention to detail Organizational skills PREFERRED - NKBA certification (or similar industry credential) PREFERRED - Design‑build experience PREFERRED - Portfolio demonstrating an eye for aesthetics and talent for technical execution Why People Like It Here: Iconic Construction LLC is a renowned construction company specializing in designing and building unique, personalized homes that reflect our clients' styles and needs.
