OB/GYN Physician Opportunity – Central Valley Community Health Network | California

• OB/GYN full-scope practice (outpatient + inpatient + surgical care)
• Responsibilities include:
  • Routine gynecologic care, screening, and diagnostics
  • Pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum management
  • Surgical procedures as appropriate
• Hospital call: 1:3 ratio
• Admit to a single hospital with Level I nursery
• Strong preference for 5+ years of experience
• EMR: NextGen
• Visa support available ( H1B & J-1 accepted )
• 2026 residents will be considered
• Flexible scheduling: 4- or 5-day work week options

• Competitive salary: $300,000 – $350,000
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• $20,000 retention bonus

• Relocation assistance: $4,000 (within CA) / $6,000 (out-of-state)
• $5,000 salary increase every 5 years
