Team members are encouraged by their superiors to push themselves and are provided with the resources to ensure that success is achieved.We are currently searching for Bartenders for La Quinta Inn & Suites & Hawthorn ES by Wyndham in McKinney, TX.Why Work With Us?It’s a fun company to work for!We recognize efforts and reward resultsGreat benefits package, including industry leading 401KPromotional opportunities with a growing companyDuties and Responsibilities:The bartender is responsible for providing all lounge patrons and servers with fast, friendly beverage service in accordance with established company policy.Provide fast, friendly, and accurate beverage service to guests and serversMix and pour drinks according to company recipes and portion standardsAccurately ring in sales and process guest payments, including room chargesMaintain a clean and organized bar in compliance with health and safety regulationsCollaborate with servers and other food & beverage staff to ensure smooth servicePerform additional duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage DirectorSkills/Experience Required:Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.Must have minimum one (1) year’s bartender experience.Must have excellent communication skills.Must be able to learn basic paperwork quickly and to accurately complete required paperwork.Be thoroughly familiar with all types of drinks.Must have a friendly, courteous, and outgoing personality.HMC is an equal opportunity employer.
