Security Shift Manager

Monitor and analyze real-time risks using OSINT, internal systems, and third-party alerting tools Track global and domestic risk events Produce clear, concise written incident reports and oral intelligence briefings for leadership and stakeholders Manage competing demands and shifting priorities Collect, evaluate, and synthesize intelligence from open-source, internal, and third-party sources Create concise incident reports and briefs Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Global Security teams and business partners Support crisis, risk, and emergency management and Walmart’s global business resilience Identify, validate, and escalation real-time risks affecting associates, customers, assets, operations, or reputation Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Emergency Management, Risk Management, Security, or related field and 1 year’s experience in security, emergency management, risk management, law enforcement, fire service, or related area OR 3 years’ experience in security, emergency management, risk management, law enforcement, fire service, or related area Experience in security operations, intelligence analysis, emergency management, risk monitoring, or a related field Strong experience in real-time risk monitoring and information management Experience using Dataminr, Factal, ESRI data catalog, and open-source/government sources Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with ability to make decisions under time pressure Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfort working in a 24/7 operational environment with shifting priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and incident management or reporting systems Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Availability for an overnight shift Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7/365 environment Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in real-time risk monitoring, intelligence analysis, and emergency management, with strong analytical skills and the ability to produce clear incident reports and briefings.
