Senior Clinical Scientist

Senior Clinical Scientist – Late Phase Development (Phase III / Registration) We are partnering with a clinical-stage biotech advancing programs into late-stage development and seeking a Senior Clinical Scientist to support pivotal trials and regulatory submissions. This individual will play a key role in Phase III execution and global clinical strategy , working cross-functionally to drive programs toward approval. This role is ideally hybrid in Central California, with remote flexibility for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Support design, execution, and oversight of Phase II/III and Phase III clinical trials Analyze and interpret safety and efficacy data to support program decisions Contribute to regulatory submissions (NDA/BLA) and health authority interactions Lead or support cross-functional study teams and strategic initiatives Ensure consistency across multiple studies and clinical programs Develop clinical documents including CSRs, manuscripts, and presentations Build relationships with investigators, KOLs, and external partners Qualifications: Advanced degree (Ph.D., Pharm.D., MS, or equivalent) Experience in late-phase clinical development (Phase II/III or Phase III) Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and submission processes Experience with global, multi-center trials preferred Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams #J-18808-Ljbffr Pharma Search Partners, Inc.
