Schedule: Night Shift | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Experience: Minimum 6 Months Respiratory Therapy Experience Required

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide high-quality respiratory care for patients ranging from neonates to adults in an acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate will assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

Assess, monitor, and provide respiratory therapy treatments for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients.
Operate and manage ventilators, oxygen therapy devices, CPAP/BiPAP, and other respiratory care equipment.
Respond to respiratory emergencies and assist with airway management and critical care procedures.
Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately using Cerner EMR .
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to deliver safe, evidence-based patient care.

Requirements

Active Oklahoma Respiratory Care License required.
Current NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required.
Minimum 6 months of Respiratory Therapy experience required.
Pediatric and neonatal respiratory care experience required.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient care skills.
