This full-time opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys helping residents improve mobility, restore function, and achieve greater independence in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. What You'll Do Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist residents with gait training, balance, strengthening, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility Carry out individualized treatment plans and monitor resident progress Communicate changes in resident status with the supervising Physical Therapist Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safe mobility techniques Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality resident care Why Join Our Team?
