Location: 1000 E. Eager Street, Baltimore, MD 21202 What You'll Need to be Successful: A Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics. Current license or registration in specific allied health profession (e.g. Registered Dietician) required. Must obtain Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) within 1 year of employment. Knowledge of medical terminology, diagnosis, and basic disease processes. Analytical ability required to gather data, decide on conformity based on predetermined criteria, identify problems and refer for resolution. Basic knowledge of medical records coding standards. Awareness of licensing and accreditation standards. Knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of relational EMR data documentation, ability to conduct research of issue at hand, as well as formulate recommendations based on findings Requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Salary Range: Minimum 34.62/hour - Maximum 57.19/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
