Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurses with a strong critical care background to provide high-quality patient care in ICU settings. Candidates without open heart experience may be considered for suitable assignments.

Responsibilities:

Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and monitor critical vital signs.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
Respond promptly to emergencies and implement appropriate interventions.

Qualifications:

Possess a valid RN license in the state of practice.
Demonstrate at least 2 years of critical care or ICU nursing experience.
Show proficiency in assessing and managing critically ill patients.
Hold BLS and ACLS certifications.
Exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills.
