Residential Construction Punch Out / Warranty Technician We are currently looking for a skilled residential construction punch out person to add to our warranty division. Responsibilities: Perform or manage necessary repairs for our Home Owners within the first year or their purchase Provide a high level of customer satisfaction Job Requirements: Extensive knowledge of residential construction, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, safety and applicable building codes. Must be up to date with current technological methods of communication, including email and text messaging – Able to complete and fulfill paperwork required Job requires the ability to work with tools, lumber, and materials. Manage multiple contractors and scheduling. Ability to lift and manipulate objects is required. Must have valid driver’s license LOVE where you work!
