Lead A/C Service Technician

Job Description Job Description The Lead A/C Service Technician will provide expert diagnostics, repair, and maintenance for residential and commercial HVAC systems. This role combines hands-on technical work, ensuring high-quality service delivery, adherence to safety standards, and effective customer communication. The position involves using standard HVAC diagnostic tools and mobile service apps, with local travel to job sites. Responsibilities * Perform system diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installations on residential and commercial HVAC systems * Communicate effectively with customers to explain service issues and solutions * Manage inventory of parts and tools necessary for service operations * Use standard HVAC diagnostic tools and mobile service applications daily * Coordinate local travel to service locations Preferred Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in HVAC service * High school diploma or equivalent * EPA Section 608 Certification * Strong HVAC system troubleshooting and refrigeration cycle knowledge * Familiarity with electrical systems related to HVAC * Proven technical leadership and team management skills * Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities * Effective time management and strict adherence to safety standards Company Description Tired of being rushed, endless callbacks, bad dispatching, and driving all over South Florida?
