Role Title Liability Claims Adjuster – General Liability BI & Auto BI (NY license required) – Dedicated Client Primary Purpose of the Role Analyze General Liability BI & Auto BI claims to determine benefits owed, ensuring timely adjudication, compliance with service expectations, industry best practices, and client service requirements. Responsibilities Analyze and process claims, developing action plans for timely resolution. Investigate and gather information to determine exposure on the claim. Negotiate settlement within designated authority. Communicate claim activity with claimant and client. Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to requests and directions promptly. Qualifications 4 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Professional certification in claims preferable. Knowledge of nationwide jurisdiction; NY license required. Location & Schedule Hybrid schedule if within 25 miles of the Marlton, NJ Sedgwick office; otherwise remote. Compensation Starting salary range: $80,000 – $85,000 (NY jurisdiction) plus comprehensive benefits. Benefits Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, and day‑one coverage.
