Key Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution
• Valid SLP state license (or eligibility for licensure in Florida)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
• Prior experience working in educational settings with diverse student populations
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for helping children reach their fullest communication potential

Primary Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and deliver individualized speech-language therapy to students with a range of communication challenges
• Develop and implement therapy plans targeting speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Monitor and document student progress; update goals as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student needs and integrate effective strategies into the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
• Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with school and state requirements
