The Store Manager will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates. In partnership with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources Generalist identify and resolve potential performance issues and policy violations. Utilize brilliance across the divisions of responsibility (talent, brand, operations, fan experience), guaranteeing timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent growth and development. Qualifications Results‑orientated leader with at least 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance selling environment. Developed a sense of Care in written and verbal communication skills, charming and captivating an audience at all levels. Business acumen sharper than a diamond , coupled with analytical thinking that delivers positive results. Talent magnet skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams; experienced in succession planning and internal mobility. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems. At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
