Take on the rewarding challenge of managing projects in our high-tech facility and see your ideas turn into real-world defense solutions.” Requirements/Job Duties : · Operate tube bending machines to shape metal tubes, rods, and bars to specified configurations. · Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication. · Perform tube flaring, deburring, trimming, and forming operations on a variety of metal materials. · Set up tube bending machines and related tools for production runs. · Adjust machine settings to accommodate different tube sizes and materials. · Inspect finished components for conformance to dimensional and quality standards. · Make necessary corrections to maintain accuracy and meet production tolerances. · Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). · Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure safe operation. Qualifications: Prior experience operating and setting up tube bending machines preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents, blueprints, and metric measurements. Solid math skills, including the ability to work with the metric system. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.
