HR Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an HR Specialist for our client located in Bellevue. This position will be 100% onsite and a full-time, contract opportunity for our client, covering a leave.
This position will support a variety of human resources functions, including recruiting/onboarding, employee relations, and benefits/LOAs. This role will serve as a resource for employees and management, and help to ensures efficient day-to-day HR operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. This will be a fast-paced position and interested candidates must feel comfortable adapting to multiple tasks throughout the day, meeting deadlines when necessary.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similar field
- SHRM Certification strongly desired
- Minimum 3-5 years human resources experience, mainly within HR and employee relations functions
- Proficiency working within HRIS and Microsoft Office systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt and prioritize tasks based on upcoming deadlines
