Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Covington, Washington. This position involves providing perioperative nursing care in a facility with 58 licensed beds and three operating rooms. The role requires clinical expertise in circulating various patient types, including orthopedic, ENT, pediatric, and general surgeries, with a focus on ensuring patient safety and efficient surgical workflows.

Job Details:

• Shift Schedule: Days, with start times at 0630 or 1100 depending on operational needs.
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, one year of clinical experience in operating room nursing, and the ability to circulate a variety of patient types including orthopedic, ENT, and pediatric cases. Experience with EPIC charting system and equipment such as Alaris and Pyxis is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Ability to scrub during operations is preferred but not required; pediatric experience is strongly valued.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The facility's fixed notes should be reviewed for further details on the clinical responsibilities and interviewing process. This position involves a commitment of 40 hours per week, with a shift duration of approximately 10 hours. The start date is scheduled for 07/27/2026. No neuro or cardiac cases are included in patient types. Scrubs are provided by the facility.
