Member Experience & Engagement Specialist

YMCA Wilkesboro is hiring a Member Experience Representative to support member engagement, growth and retention. You will greet members, conduct tours, explain benefits and connect people with wellness staff and programs. You will process new member IDs, issue passes, answer inquiries, and help create a welcoming orientation experience for new members.
