Coastal Womens Healthcare Inc. in Scarborough, ME is seeking a friendly Receptionist to warmly greet patients, check them in and out, verify information, and help every visit start smoothly at the front desk. This on-site role places you at the first face patients see in our caring practice.

You’ll collaborate with scheduling, clinical and billing teams to keep the front desk and waiting area organized, welcoming, and efficient, Monday through Friday during office hours.
