Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Progressive Care Registered Nurse, you will coordinate and deliver exceptional, patient-centered care. Collaborating with medical professionals, you will provide both pre-operative and post-operative nursing support, acting as an advocate for patients to ensure an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions upon admission and throughout each shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes.
• Carry out procedures and functions as directed by medical providers.
• Document care provided in the patient’s medical record accurately and in a timely manner.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
• Maintain knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment relevant to cardiac and medical-surgical care.

Qualifications:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 60 days of starting employment.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (RN) certification required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma is necessary.

Additionally, we offer outpatient services such as a Surgery Center, Advanced Wound Care Center, Pain Center, Sleep Disorder Center, Imaging, and Rehabilitation.
