Medication History Tech Pharmacy Admissions Specialist

Baystate Health

Baystate Health in Springfield, MA is seeking a Med History Tech to support the Pharmacy at Baystate Medical Center. The role focuses on interviewing patients and compiling medication histories for admission, with entry into the electronic health record to facilitate reconciliation by the admitting provider.

Under supervision of the care team pharmacist, the technician supports drug distribution, quality initiatives, customer service, and teamwork.
