Complete and communicate regulatory documents. Serve as a liaison between investigators and research personnel. Assess research subjects and document findings. Establish care plans in collaboration with research subjects and teams. Identify discharge needs and facilitate discharge planning. Perform telephone triage and nursing procedures. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Participate in education, research, and performance improvement activities. Conduct and document the informed consent process.
