Transplant Compliance Registered Nurse - Hybrid Role

Saint Luke's Hospital has an opportunity for a Transplant Compliance RN. The Work This position will act as liaison for any research involving transplant patients This position will collaborate with transplant quality analysts for PI projects and auditing Accurate and timely transplant data entry into the OPTN reporting system and corresponding program database Actively participate in QAPI committee meeting Maintain up to date knowledge on OPTN and CMS regulatory compliance changes - Audit performance measures and quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary transplant team to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement Provide education to the multi-disciplinary team on regulatory requirements and documentation standards Support the team with continuous survey readiness Hours: Full Time Day - Hybrid Role Monday - Friday Days - typically 2-3 days in the office; 2-3 days remote #J-18808-Ljbffr BJC Health
