Production Supervisor - 12 hour PM shift Salary: $80,000 - $96,000 per year Posted: May 26 2026 Relocation Assistance: Available Opportunity for future advancement! Salary up to $96,000 plus bonus potential and benefits starting day one of employment. Responsibilities Coordinating cross‑functional teams to maximize safety, quality, delivery and cost initiatives. Meeting daily, weekly and monthly production requirements, metrics and goals. Training, coaching, mentoring and evaluating the hourly workforce. Identifying, initiating and maintaining process improvements, including efficiency improvements, scrap reductions and eliminating equipment downtime. Assisting with technical equipment issues as needed. Reviewing and scheduling material changes in ERP system and making needed adjustments. Maintaining manpower goals by working with staffing services and human resources to attract and recruit talent. Working with planning and shipping, making adjustments when needed. Completing shift reports and communicating with incoming supervisors at shift change. Coordinating with the maintenance team on PM schedules and troubleshooting downtime. Determining root cause analysis and assisting with corrective actions. Communicating with management on the status of projects and production. Other duties as directed by management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, ideally in a related field. 1‑5 years of manufacturing supervision experience. Experience overseeing production in high‑volume or mass‑production environments. Experience overseeing at least 15 individuals. Experience identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in assigned manufacturing areas (e.g., scrap reductions, elimination of downtime). Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work on the manufacturing floor up to 80% of the time. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to coach and mentor others. Preferred Skills Lean or Six Sigma certifications. Strong mechanical aptitude. Experience working in consumer products manufacturing. ERP experience. Process‑oriented manufacturing experience.
