- The Home Visitor plans and implements educational and social activities for families with young children and pregnant women.
- The home visitor delivers services in the home environment (remotely when needed) and in a group setting
- The home visitor will implement a program model and curriculum.
- In this role, the home visitor supports families with linkage to social service programs.
