Job Opportunity: Internal Medicine Physician

Our organization, a well-respected geriatric practice led by physicians in the greater Denver metropolitan area, is on the lookout for Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine physicians to become part of our team of 12 providers. With a focus on teamwork and a leadership team dedicated to retention, this position offers a chance for long-term career fulfillment in a vibrant Rocky Mountain setting.

We encourage internists with a passion for geriatric medicine to apply. New graduates from the classes of 2026 and 2027 are also welcome, as we provide onsite mentorship to support your transition into practice!

Position Details:

• Primarily an outpatient role with a focus on geriatrics.
• Enjoy a 4-day work week, seeing between 11 to 14 patients daily.
• Work with an average patient age of 80, concentrating on managing complex comorbidities.
• Receive a competitive guaranteed base salary along with a pathway to partnership for additional income.
• Benefit from a $25,000 sign-on bonus and a $15,000 relocation allowance.
