Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Psychiatric‑Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to lead our Crisis Behavioral Health nursing department. The Manager will oversee daily operations, manage clinical and support staff, ensure the delivery of high‑quality, comprehensive care to acute, complex patients, and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards. Previous leadership experience is preferred. Certification: PMHNP certification is required. Schedule: Full‑Time, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No weekends. Opportunity Requirements Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution. Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in a relevant specialty. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a leadership or administrative capacity. Current and valid New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse (RN) License. Current and valid New Jersey Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) License. Board certification as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. Active DEA and NJ CDS registrations for prescriptive authority. AHA Basic Health Care Life Support (BLS) HCP Certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification. A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience working in a Nurse Practitioner role preferred. Compensation & Benefits HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency. The minimum base salary for this position is $146,057.60.
