Join our Mesa team and help us change the world, one scholar at a time.ResponsibilitiesUse AMS curriculum standards to teach students above and below grade level through differentiated instructionAttend weekly professional development sessions and collaborate in grade-level or content-area professional learning communitiesCommunicate effectively with parents and lead parent-student-teacher conferences to promote student progress and achievementCollaborate with administrators and staff to create a positive, supportive learning environment that addresses academic and behavioral needsUse measurable data to monitor and enrich student progress with visible resultsWork collaboratively with school and network teams to improve instructional practices and ensure ongoing academic successUse PBIS and preventative intervention strategies to guide students in developing social and emotional skills essential for lifelong learningMinimum QualificationsPassion for helping Title I and ESL students in underserved communities achieve academic successAbility to pass a background check and obtain an IVP fingerprint clearance cardStrong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven instructionAdaptability and willingness to implement a rigorous, proven curriculumCollaborative mindset with the ability to take initiative and work as part of a high-performing teamCompensation and BenefitsAt AMS, we reward excellence and offer ample opportunities for professional growth.
