Mobile Service Coordinator

Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage the rental and loaner vehicle fleet to ensure optimal utilization and availability for our customers. • Oversee the Pickup & Delivery service, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of vehicles to and from customer locations. • Lead the Mobile Service van program, scheduling and dispatching technicians to provide on-site services with precision and care. • Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to streamline communication and enhance the customer experience. • Monitor and analyze service operations, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions. • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, service appointments, and customer interactions to support seamless operations. • Communicate proactively with customers, providing updates and addressing inquiries to ensure satisfaction and trust in our services. Qualifications: • Experience in managing fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are maintained and ready for customer use. • Ability to coordinate and oversee daily schedules for multiple teams, including drivers and technicians. • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and acting as a primary point of contact. • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and maintenance needs. • Ability to create and manage efficient routes and schedules for vehicle pickups and deliveries. • Experience in monitoring fleet utilization and recommending adjustments to improve availability. • Strong communication skills to work closely with technicians and resolve scheduling or logistical issues effectively. Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
