• Answering phones
• Mailing Out Policies
• Sending various cards to customers
• Making sure discounts remain on policies
• Collecting Payments
• Posting on Social Media 
• Handling Bank Deposits
• Calling to set appointments
• Calling to get quote information 

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Position may require irregular working hours
